Moniker Gallery Show

Fellow artist Susan Brown, she of Artify and the Artists' Garden, suggested I enter work in a show being put together by this relatively new  Toronto Gallery, Moniker.

Located downtown near the Garment District at Richmond and Spadina, the gallery is run by Michelle Bylow, who feels the need to support the many emerging artists in the city and beyond, much as Susan does.

The Series 1 show held in March 2013 proved a successful event for the 26 artists involved. This time, for Series 2, I shall be one of about 18 artists, who will each show one or two pieces in a wide range of media.

I shall have two pieces: "Blue", an abstract watercolour on Terraskin, (left) and "Horse of a different colour", a watercolour on paper, also non-objective in nature, (right).

Please join me at the Opening Reception on Thursday, April 11, 2013 from 7 - 11pm. There will be free food, music and a cash bar. The Gallery is located at 252 Richmond Street West, Toronto, west of Spadina, You can find street parking in the area. I don't recommend the expensive lot next door!

Gallery Hours:
April 12 - 18, 2013, 3 - 7pm (minus Monday)
